Renew Hope Camp 

All adult volunteers and all participants (all ages) please complete the release forms and medical forms. Volunteers the medical forms may not have been in your original packet. Please download and sign and bring the first day of camp. Lunch will be provided. If you or your child have specific food allergies etc, please bring their lunch daily. Water and snacks (chips, trail mix or crackers) will be available. Some sodas will be available.
