Sponsorship will pay the salary for a part-time Farm Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of OUR FARM.

If we can get a part-time Farm Manager, we can apply for an additional worker through Goodwill SCSEP Program and have 2 workers for the cost of 1. A Goodwill SCSEP worker has to have a supervisor and work at least 20 hours a week.
